Electronics
Electronics manufacturing HVAC
Stable, clean, humidity-controlled environments for electronics and precision manufacturing, where small drifts affect yield.

What makes this different
- Temperature and humidity must be stable to protect processes and yield.
- Static (ESD) and particulate control drive humidity and filtration needs.
- Some areas need cleanroom-grade conditions alongside ordinary factory space.
Our system approach
- Close-control HVAC holding tight temperature and humidity.
- Filtration and humidity design for ESD and cleanliness.
- A zoned approach so clean areas and general areas each get the right system.
What we look at in electronics manufacturing
Electronics production is unusually sensitive to conditions that a comfort system would consider irrelevant. Humidity that drifts low raises electrostatic risk; humidity that drifts high raises condensation and corrosion risk on assemblies and stored components. The workable band is narrower than most buildings ever need, so humidification and dehumidification are designed in rather than assumed.
Particulate control follows the process, not the whole building. Assembly, inspection, coating and test areas often need cleanroom-grade filtration and pressure control while the surrounding factory space does not, so we zone the building and spend the budget where yield is actually at risk. Treating the entire facility to the strictest standard is expensive and rarely necessary.
Stability under changing load is what protects output. Equipment heat rises and falls with production, and a system that swings in response drags temperature and humidity with it. Close-control plant with good turndown, sensible sensor placement and controls tuned for stability rather than speed keep the conditions boring — which is exactly what a production line wants.
How a project runs, end to end
One team, from the first drawing to aftercare.
- Design & specificationSite survey, load assessment, system selection and a clear specification of what's included.
- Factory-direct supplyEquipment procured and, where needed, exported directly through our manufacturing network.
- InstallationProgramme-managed installation, phased around your operation and access.
- Testing & handoverSystems tested, balanced and handed over with controls set up and staff shown the essentials.
- Maintenance & aftercarePlanned maintenance and support to keep performance and warranties intact.
