Trust AC is a new, founder-led UK company. Behind our large-project capability is an established design and manufacturing partner network in China that has delivered major air-conditioning projects across South-East Asia. We bring that engineering depth and factory-direct supply to UK clients — designed, delivered and supported locally, in English and Chinese.

Large-project questions

Do you handle design as well as supply and installation?

Yes. We can take a project from load assessment and system selection through supply, installation, testing and aftercare — or slot into an existing design if you already have one.

Can you work alongside our consultant or main contractor?

Yes. We are glad to price against an existing specification and to coordinate with consultants, main contractors and facilities teams, in English or Chinese.

Where does the equipment come from, and what about warranty?

Direct from our partner factories, or — where a project calls for them — the leading Japanese brands through UK distributors. Either way the equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty, our installation carries a workmanship guarantee of at least two years, and UK aftercare terms are confirmed in writing with the quotation.

Can we see what the equipment actually costs?

Yes. Every tender itemises three things separately: the equipment at cost, the installation, and our margin. Nothing is folded into the equipment price, which makes our bid simple to compare with others — or with a manufacturer's own pricing.

Which locations do you cover?
