Healthcare & hospital HVAC

Reliable, well-ventilated environments for hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities, balancing patient comfort with clinical requirements.

What makes this different

  • Clinical areas need controlled ventilation and, in places, infection control.
  • Comfort and air quality matter across wards, offices and waiting areas.
  • Critical spaces can't tolerate a cooling failure.

Our system approach

  • VAV/AHU ventilation with filtration for clinical and general areas.
  • VRF zoning for comfort in offices, wards and waiting areas.
  • Redundancy and maintenance for critical rooms.

What we look at in healthcare buildings

Healthcare spaces sit on a spectrum, and the design has to respect where each room falls on it. Waiting areas and offices are comfort spaces; treatment rooms, procedure rooms and pharmacy or clean storage carry ventilation and hygiene requirements that change filtration, air change rates and pressure relationships. Establishing that map room by room comes before equipment selection.

Reliability is a clinical issue, not just an inconvenience. Where a room supports patient care or holds temperature-sensitive medicines and samples, a cooling failure has consequences beyond comfort, so those areas get redundancy, alarms and a maintenance regime that assumes the space cannot simply be shut down for a day.

Installation and servicing must fit around care. Infection-control precautions, restricted working hours, noise near wards and consulting rooms, and strict control of dust during works all shape the programme. We also design for maintainability — filter changes and servicing that can be done without entering clinical space wherever possible.

How a project runs, end to end

One team, from the first drawing to aftercare.

  1. Design & specificationSite survey, load assessment, system selection and a clear specification of what's included.
  2. Factory-direct supplyEquipment procured and, where needed, exported directly through our manufacturing network.
  3. InstallationProgramme-managed installation, phased around your operation and access.
  4. Testing & handoverSystems tested, balanced and handed over with controls set up and staff shown the essentials.
  5. Maintenance & aftercarePlanned maintenance and support to keep performance and warranties intact.
